February 4, 2014 | Orlando, WMFE – Governor Rick Scott has released his full proposal for next year’s state budget, and 90.7 economic analyst Hank Fishkind has been examining the governor’s plan.

Last week’s discussion focused on the major initiatives in Scott’s budget that were announced before the governor unveiled the entire proposal last Wednesday. Today, Fishkind evaluates Scott’s full plan and finds it has some shortcomings.
