July 3, 2012 | WMFE – Late last week, the US Supreme Court upheld the federal government’s comprehensive new health care law, known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Governor Rick Scott says he will continue to fight against the new law and says Florida will not participate in optional portions of the law including the expansion of Medicaid.
