But as the end of the year approaches, federal lawmakers are still battling over what to do about automatic spending cuts and tax increases that will kick in unless they can come to an agreement. 90.7’s Matthew Peddie spoke to economist Hank Fishkind for insight into the economic factors impacting Holiday shopping in Central Florida.
