Fishkind Litigation Services (“FLS”) provides expert analysis of economic damages, business valuation, financial forensic investigations, and real estate evaluations. FLS also provides real estate development services utilizing innovative financing. Dr. Hank Fishkind has extensive experience in creating community development districts (“CDD”) in Florida, including most recently Olde Florida and SweetBay Districts 1-9. FLS was formed in 2019 after Dr. Fishkind sold the non-litigation practices of Fishkind & Associates, Inc. to PFM. FLS delivers incisive analysis, strategic consultation, and persuasive testimony. Dr. Fishkind leads the FLS team. He has over 35-years of litigation experience and has testified as an expert in federal and state courts and acted as a Special Master to the U.S. Tax Court.

FLS has litigation experience ranging from some of the largest class-action suits to individual actions related to contract disputes, divorces, personal injuries, and intellectual property. Dr. Fishkind and the FLS team served as experts in a number of large, multi-state, class actions, including the BP Oil Spill and Chinese Drywall litigations. FLS has also participated in large, class action suits for both plaintiffs and defendants. FLS successfully defended against a $10 billion claim arising from a Florid real estate development contract and successfully won a $14 million verdict for a plaintiff against a local government’s denial of their apartment project.
